FACTS ABOUT BAREFOOT SHOES FOR HIKING REVEALED

New to barefoot shoes. We are now living in Montana in which it will get to -20 or lessen. Any recommendations on boots? Am I right in considering you'd have to have the thick boot to guard from the acute chilly? Search for boots with a large toe box perhaps?
